This kit provides one camelid single-domain antibody (sdAB) coupled to a highly optimized DNA-PAINT site called a FAST sequence. Each sdAB is site-specifically coupled to a single FAST sequence and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody.
