
Want to see your RNA organization at the nanoscale? We offer custom RNA-FISH probe generation for DNA-PAINT imaging of RNA. Each probe will contain one FAST docking strand. To request a quote, simply copy the RNA sequence into the text box below, select your preferred FAST docking strand, and add to cart. The number of probes per RNA sequence and total price will be specified in the final quotation.
This kit includes MASSIVE RNA-FISH custom probes and fluorogenic Cy3B imager. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the provided fluorogenic Cy3B imagers only. Substitution with other dyes and or non-fluorogenic imagers can result in suboptimal imaging quality.
RNA-FISH sample preparation reagents are sold separately. This kit is optimized for imaging at 21-25 °C. Please contact us if imaging at higher temperatures.

We offer custom conjugation of docking strands to antibodies (ABs) or single-domain antibodies (sdABs).

Need a specific imager dye or DNA-PAINT sequence?We offer fully customizable imager strands—choose any dye and sequence combination that suits your experiments.
Please write the desired dye and imager sequence below for a quote. Dyes will be conjugated to the 3’ end of the oligo sequence unless otherwise specified.
When requesting custom dyes for Massive Photonics imager sequences, simply write the imager name followed by your desired dye (ex: I1 ATTO 565, F1 ATTO 643, F1-LB CF640R).
