DNA-PAINT Cells Slide

Try DNA-PAINT without touching a pipette. Our MASSIVE-Cells 2-PLEX slide offers users a ready-to-image sample specifically designed for DNA-PAINT single-molecule localization super-resolution microscopy.

In fixed cells, vimentin is labeled with a single-domain antibody (sdAB) anti-mouse kLc conjugated to the FAST docking site F1, while mitochondria are labeled using a sdAB anti-rabbit IgG with the FAST docking site F2. The sample contains 90 nm fiducial markers for precise drift correction and channel alignment, and imagers and imaging buffer for any imager concentration adjustments.

MASSIVE-Cells 2-PLEX slide contains one ready-to-image DNA-PAINT stable cells slide, DNA-PAINT imager F1 ATTO 655, DNA-PAINT imager F2 Cy3B, and imaging buffer.
