
This FAST-DNA-PAINT kit enables super-resolution imaging of target proteins tagged with the HaloTag® *. This kit includes ready-to-use single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders against HaloTag® and required buffers and imagers for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging. The anti-Halo sdAB is site-specifically coupled to one FAST sequence (F4) and recognizes a surface-exposed epitope on the HaloTag®, making it compatible with simultaneous Halo ligand binding. This kit is optimized for imaging at 21-25 °C. Please inquire if imaging at higher temperatures.
FAST sequences are optimized to decrease image acquisition time and increase signal-to-noise ratios. Choose between two FAST imager strand options: FAST or FAST-LB. FAST sequences enable ~15 nm resolution using 50-75 ms exposure times. FAST-LB imagers enable ~10 nm resolution using 100-150 ms exposure times.
sdABs developed and manufactured by NanoTag Biotechnologies are sold under license. Unmodified and fluorophore- coupled sdABs (FluoTag®) remain available for direct purchase from NanoTag Biotechnologies.
