    MASSIVE-SDAB ONI 2-PLEX

    This DNA-PAINT kit has been optimized for the ONI Nanoimager microscope. The kit provides ready-to-use binders for DNA-PAINT imaging of mouse IgG kappa light chain and rabbit IgG primary antibodies. Also included are imager strands and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging.
    This kit includes two camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) for DNA-PAINT, each coupled to unique FAST sequences optimized for the ONI Nanoimager. FAST sequences decrease image acquisition time by at least 3-fold and provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio than our standard sequences. Each sdAB is site-specifically coupled to a single FAST docking site and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody.
