This kit contains one camelid single-domain antibody (sdAbs) for DNA-PAINT that targets either mouse IgG kappa light chain or rabbit IgG. Also included are imager strands and buffers that are required for sample preparation and imaging.
The sdAb is site-specifically coupled to a single DNA-PAINT docking site and two sdAbs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking site per primary antibody. The small size of secondary camelid sdAbs leads to a reduced linkage-error and increased accessibility of primary antibody labeled proteins.
