The ALFA-tag is a small rationally designed protein tag that facilitates highly specific labeling.

This kit provides ready-to-use single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders for RESI (Resolution Enhancement by Sequential Imaging) of GFP-tagged proteins. RESI enables users the highest possible resolutions (<1 nm).
This kit contains anti-GFP sdABs conjugated to 4 different RESI docking sites. One sdAB can bind one GFP, and each sdAB is coupled to one DNA-PAINT docking site.
Anti-GFP sdABs bind GFP and its most common derivatives. This kit also comes with imager strands, and buffers required for RESI of GFP-tagged proteins.
