    MASSIVE-RNA-FISH GAPDH

    This kit enables DNA-PAINT super-resolution imaging of GAPDH (NM_002046.7), a housekeeping gene that is highly expressed throughout the cell. Each GAPDH probe contains one F1 docking strand and up to 30 probes bind per GAPDH RNA for robust signal amplification.

    This kit includes MASSIVE RNA-FISH probes targeting GAPDH, corresponding fluorogenic Cy3B imagers, and Imaging Buffer. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the provided fluorogenic Cy3B imagers only. Substitution with other dyes and or non-fluorogenic imagers can result in suboptimal imaging quality.
