MASSIVE-sdAB-FAST 2-PLEX

This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST-DNA-PAINT imaging (FAST-PAINT) of mouse IgG kappa light chain and rabbit IgG primary antibodies. Also included are imager strands and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging.
This kit provides two camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) for DNA-PAINT coupled to highly optimized DNA-PAINT sites called FAST sequences. FAST sequences decrease image acquisition time by at least 3-fold and provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard sequences. Each sdAb is site-specifically coupled to a single FAST docking site and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody.
