    Massive-sdAB Bruker 2-PLEX

    This FAST-DNA-PAINT kit has been specifically optimized for DNA-PAINT imaging on the Bruker Vutara VXL super-resolution microscope, which delivers exceptional 3D sub-diffraction imaging performance via bi-plane detection. This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT imaging of mouse IgG kappa light chain and rabbit IgG primary antibodies. Also included are imager strands and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging.

    This kit provides two camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) for DNA-PAINT, each site-specifically conjugated to a unique FAST docking sequence and supplied with a fluorogenic Cy3B imager optimized for the Vutara VXL platform. Fluorogenic imagers reduce background fluorescence, improving signal-to-noise ratio — well suited to the bi-plane detection approach of the Vutara VXL. Two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody.

    sdABs developed and manufactured by NanoTag Biotechnologies are sold under license. Unmodified and fluorophore- coupled sdABs (FluoTag®) remain available for direct purchase from NanoTag Biotechnologies.

    Massive-TAG-X2 Bruker anti-GFP

    This FAST-DNA-PAINT kit has been specifically optimized for DNA-PAINT imaging on the Bruker Vutara VXL super-resolution microscope, which delivers exceptional 3D sub-diffraction imaging performance via bi-plane detection. This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT imaging of target proteins tagged with GFP and its most common derivatives. Also included are imager strands and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging of GFP-tagged proteins.

    This kit provides a mixture of two different clones of single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders against GFP, each site-specifically conjugated to a unique FAST docking sequence and supplied with a fluorogenic Cy3B imager optimized for the Vutara VXL platform. Fluorogenic imagers reduce background fluorescence, improving signal-to-noise ratio — well suited to the bi-plane detection approach of the Vutara VXL. Up to two sdABs can bind one GFP, each coupled to a single FAST docking sequence, resulting in up to two docking sites per target protein.
