Want to see your RNA organization at the nanoscale? We offer custom RNA-FISH probe generation for DNA-PAINT imaging of RNA. Each probe will contain one FAST docking strand. The number of probes per RNA sequence and total price will be specified in the final quotation.

This kit includes MASSIVE RNA-FISH custom probes and fluorogenic Cy3B imager. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the provided fluorogenic Cy3B imagers only. Substitution with other dyes and or non-fluorogenic imagers can result in suboptimal imaging quality.

RNA-FISH sample preparation reagents are sold separately. This kit is optimized for imaging at 21-25 °C. Please contact us if imaging at higher temperatures.
