MASSIVE-RNA-FISH TFRC

This kit enables DNA-PAINT super-resolution imaging of TFRC (NM_001128148.3), the mRNA encoding transferrin receptor protein 1. Each TFRC probe contains one F2 docking strand and up to 30 probes bind per TFRC RNA for robust signal amplification.

This kit includes MASSIVE RNA-FISH probes targeting TFRC, corresponding fluorogenic Cy3B imagers, and Imaging Buffer. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the provided fluorogenic Cy3B imagers only. Substitution with other dyes and or non-fluorogenic imagers can result in suboptimal imaging quality. Use in combination with our MASSIVE RNA-FISH Buffer kit for best results.

RNA-FISH sample preparation reagents are sold separately. This kit is optimized for imaging at 21-25 °C. Please contact us if imaging at higher temperatures.
