This kit provides ready-to-use single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders for RESI (Resolution Enhancement by Sequential Imaging) of ALFA-tagged proteins.
RESI is a DNA-PAINT based method that achieves sub-nanometer spatial-resolution in cells, enabling precise imaging of individual proteins even in high-density environments.
The ALFA-tag is a small rationally designed protein tag that facilitates highly specific labeling.
