MASSIVE-sdAB 2-PLEX
This kit contains two camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) for DNA-PAINT that target mouse IgG kappa light chain and rabbit IgG. Also included are imager strands and buffers that are required for sample preparation and imaging.
Each sdAB is site-specifically coupled to a single DNA-PAINT docking site and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking site per primary antibody. The small size of secondary camelid sdAbs leads to a reduced linkage-error and increased accessibility of primary antibody labeled proteins.
