MASSIVE-Actin

This kit enables super-resolution imaging of filamentous actin (F-actin) across cell types. A small peptide coupled to the dye Cy3B transiently binds actin to create single-molecule blinking. MASSIVE-Actin can be used alone or in combination with all other Massive Photonics kits for multi-target imaging via Exchange-PAINT. For exceptional image quality, imaging and washing buffers designed for optimal performance are included in the kit.
