MASSIVE-sdAB-FAST 2-PLEX

The MASSIVE-sdAB-FAST PLEX kit provides ready-to-use secondary binders against mouse κLC, or IgG1, IgG2a/b primary antibodies and/or rabbit IgG primary antibodies. This kit supports both traditional immunostaining and pre-mixing, in a method in which single-domain antibody (sdAB) are incubated with the primary antibody before immunostaining. Pre-mixing enables imaging of multiple primary antibodies from the same species in the same sample.

Each single-domain antibody is site-specifically conjugated to one DNA docking strand. Two sdABs can bind a single primary antibody, resulting in up to two docking sites per primary antibody for enhanced signal. The kit includes imager strands and buffers for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging.

Customize your kit with up to six anti-mouse and/or anti-rabbit sdABs and choose between Massive Photonics FAST or FAST–Long Binding (FAST-LB) imager sequences. FAST sequences enable ~15 nm resolution using 50 – 75 ms exposure times. FAST-LB imagers enable ~10 nm resolution using 100 – 150 ms exposure times.

Primary antibodies should be tested for target specificity using traditional immunostaining before attempting pre-incubation.
