MASSIVE-TAG-Q-FAST anti-ALFA

This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT (FAST-PAINT) imaging of target proteins tagged with the 12 amino acid ALFA tag (Nature Commun. 2019). Also included are FAST imager strands and buffers that are required for sample preparation and imaging.

This kit contains single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders that recognize ALFA tag and are coupled to FAST-PAINT sequences.
