MASSIVE-TAG-Q-FAST anti-GFP

This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT imaging (FAST-PAINT) of target proteins tagged with GFP and its most common derivatives. This kit also contains imager strands, and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging of GFP-tagged proteins
This kit contains single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders against GFP that are coupled to highly optimized DNA-PAINT sites called FAST sequences. FAST sequences decrease image acquisition time by at least 3-fold and provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard sequences. Each sdAB is coupled to a single DNA-PAINT FAST sequence and and one sdAB can bind one GFP.
