MASSIVE-TAG-X2 anti-GFP

This kit provides ready-to-use single-domain antibody (sdAB) binders for DNA-PAINT imaging that target GFP-tagged proteins.

This kit contains a mixture of two different clones of sdABs that bind GFP and it’s most common derivatives. Up to two sdABs can bind one GFP, and each sdAB is coupled to one DNA-PAINT docking site, providing signal amplification of your target. This kit also contains imager strands, and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging of GFP-tagged proteins.
