MASSIVE-TAG-X2-FAST anti-GFP

This kit provides ready-to-use binders for FAST DNA-PAINT imaging (FAST-PAINT) of target proteins tagged with GFP and its most common derivatives. This kit also contains imager strands, and buffers required for immunostaining and DNA-PAINT imaging of GFP-tagged proteins.

This kit contains a mixture of two different clones of sdABs that target GFP and its most common derivatives. Up to two sdABs can bind one GFP, and each sdAB is coupled to a highly optimized DNA-PAINT site called a FAST sequence. FAST sequences decrease image acquisition time by at least 3-fold and provide a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard sequences.
